OVERVIEW
At Pizza Slice Folders Club, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom printed on demand through our partner Printify, we do our best to make sure you are happy with your order. Please carefully read through our return policy to understand what is eligible for a return or exchange.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@pizzaslicefoldersclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the defective or damaged product. We will provide a replacement or a refund for damaged or defective items.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or an order that does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work to correct the mistake by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our size charts before placing an order.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email us at info@pizzaslicefoldersclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will assess your case and provide you with the next steps. In some cases, we may require you to return the item to us; however, in most cases of damage or defects, we will offer a replacement without needing the item back.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once the return is approved. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed and processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end, such as defective or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items unless otherwise agreed upon.
